The cookies were beautiful and most importantly delicious! They really did taste as good as homemade. I had actually placed an order with another company weeks in advance but the day of delivery I got a notice that it was going to be delayed and not delivered on time. I cancelled that order and thankfully found Cookies by Design, they were able to deliver same day and their customer service was top notch! They will definitely be my go to for cookies moving forward.

AWESOME customer service! Our company did 100 small logo cookies; 25 delivered to each location and arrived on time. Note: Avoid corporate office in TX for logo orders; they're rude, inept and incompetent.

My experience with Cookies & Cupcake By Design was amazing! Placing the order was very easy as well as scheduling the day I wanted my cookie basket delivered. The man delivering my order called me 10 minutes before arriving there as a courtesy to let me know he was about to drop off the basket to my friend for her birthday (I’ve never had any other delivery service go out of their way to do that)! I was very surprised and pleased. He was very polite on the phone and wished me a good day. My friend told me he called her when he arrived and she said he was very friendly and funny! All around a great experience and I would definitely purchase from them again!
